Equity Sales

On the part of investors, our sales staff ensures continuous and high-quality care, offering investors comprehensive and intensive support:

  •  Placement of share packages (including “private placements”)

  •  Planning and undertaking of company visits

  •  Company and research presentations

  •  Investment seminars, conferences, expert rounds and events

Our business relations are focussed on the German-speaking area. But we also have good connections abroad.

Equity Sales

Within Europe, LFG Value maintains good relations in Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, the Benelux countries and the United Kingdom. Outside the borders of Europe, we look after government funds in the Middle East. To expand the marketing focus beyond on our own country or client structures, we rely on free and unbound sales staff.

As an independent financial services provider, we place great emphasis on profit-oriented and close customer relationships. Accordingly, our sales staff have maintained selected contacts to individual listed companies for many years, thus enabling access to the planned capital market transactions. Regular on-site visits, also together with analysts or company representatives further strengthen these business connections.

Sales Trading

Sales Trading of LFG Value enables direct access to further professional market participants. In this way, difficult individual transactions can also often be traded directly with the major existing shareholders (block trades).

This not only improves the profitability of the transaction, but also its execution quality in terms of customers serviced. At the same time, Sales Trading also provides the teams in Frankfurt and Munich with stock market-related news and topics that influence the market situation.

Equity Dealing

Our Sales Trading has direct connection to the trading systems of different market participants and thus uses, among others, “Direct Market Access” from UBS London. Due to the IT infrastructure, the execution capacities can be scaled as wished and are automated as much as possible.

The order management systems of our clients are connected to the LFG system. We can freely select our trading partners.

Corporate Broking

For selected companies, our sales staff also operates as the “Corporate Broker” and supports them, in addition to the establishment and maintenance of contacts, with financial intermediaries, with capital market transactions such as recapitalisations, share buybacks and IPOs through the help of cooperating partners.

Cooperations

Our business model is based on independence, individuality and economic efficiency. LFG Value has no own stock exchange membership, no proprietary trading system and handles no capital markets transactions, either for themselves or for third parties.

Therefore the development and expansion of a network of cooperating partners is of strategic importance, especially in the following areas:

Research

Through an exclusive cooperation with AlphaValue SA, Paris, LFG has extended it’s proprietary research now covering almost 500 companies across Europe with almost 30 analysts. AlphaValue is Europe’s leading provider of pan-European independent equity research.

Securities trading and settlement

There is, among others, a partnership with Societe Generale, London Branch (SG House, 41 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4SG) and Citigroup Global Markets Ltd (Citigroup Centre, Canada Square – Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB) to the global trading system we are connected to. Settlement and custody account management are guaranteed by these partners. The counterpart default risk is also taken over by them. The order management systems of our clients are connected to the LFG Value system.

Capital Market Transactions

With the excellent experiences of our sales staff, LFG Value offers itself as an outsource partner for banks in the placement business, for example, for the extension of existing segments or the targeted acquisition of new regions and clients as a third party. So there are no costs for our partners, except in the case of success.
For investment banks and companies we also offer ourselves as sales agents in the context of IPOs and capital increases.
